Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Explore And More, every booking involves advance commitments with hotels, airlines, transport providers, local vendors, and other travel partners. As these commitments often involve non-recoverable costs, the following Cancellation & Refund Policy shall apply.

1. Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp from the registered contact details of the lead traveller. A cancellation shall be deemed effective only upon written acknowledgement from Explore And More.

Office Working Days & Effective Date of Cancellation

Explore And More processes cancellation requests during its official business days and business hours only.

Cancellation requests received on Sundays, public holidays, or outside official business hours shall be deemed to have been received on the next business day. Accordingly, the effective date of cancellation, for the purpose of calculating applicable cancellation charges and refund eligibility, shall be the next working day on which the request is received and processed by Explore And More.

Travellers are therefore advised to submit any cancellation request during our official working days to avoid any impact on applicable cancellation charges or refund eligibility.

2. Minimum Cancellation Charge

A minimum cancellation charge of 30% of the total package cost shall apply irrespective of the date of cancellation. This charge covers administrative costs and advance commitments made towards hotels, transportation, flights, activities, permits, and other travel arrangements.

In addition to the above, any cancellation charges levied by airlines, railways, cruise operators, hotels, transport providers, or other third-party service providers shall also apply where relevant. Such charges shall be deducted in accordance with the respective supplier’s cancellation policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

After deducting the applicable cancellation charges, refunds, if any, shall be processed only to the extent that amounts are recoverable from the respective hotels, airlines, transport providers, activity operators, or other travel partners.

As many travel services involve advance, non-refundable payments, the final refundable amount, if any, will depend entirely on the recoverable amount received from the respective suppliers.

4. Cancellation Within 15 Days & No-Show

If a booking is cancelled within 15 days before the scheduled departure date or in the event of a No-Show, no refund shall be applicable.

In such cases, the entire amount paid by the traveler shall be treated as cancellation charges.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is applicable, it will generally be processed within 15 to 30 working days after Explore And More receives the corresponding refundable amount from the respective suppliers.

The actual processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other third-party service providers.

6. Force Majeure

Explore And More shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, landslides, floods, earthquakes, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, or any other force majeure event.

In such circumstances, refunds, if any, shall be governed solely by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers. Explore And More shall not be responsible for any amount that is not recoverable from such suppliers.

7. Acceptance of this Policy

By confirming a booking with Explore And More, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and accept the applicable cancellation charges and refund conditions stated herein.
