Booking Policy

To ensure smooth travel planning and timely confirmations, the following booking policy shall apply.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after:

  • Submission of the required traveller details and documents.

  • Payment of 50% of the total package cost as the booking amount.

  • Written confirmation issued by Explore And More.

2. Balance Payment

The remaining 50% of the total package cost must be paid 15–20 days prior to the departure date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make the balance payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and applicable cancellation charges shall apply.

3. Price Validity

All quotations are subject to availability and are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

Prices may change due to airline fare revisions, hotel tariff changes, fuel surcharges, taxes, currency fluctuations, or supplier price revisions until the booking is confirmed.

4. Required Documents

Travellers are responsible for submitting all required documents accurately and on time.

Any delay in providing documents may affect confirmations and availability.

5. Booking Modifications

Requests for changes in travel dates, hotels, destinations, room categories, or traveller details are subject to availability and may attract additional charges imposed by suppliers.

6. Travel Insurance

Where applicable, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Unless specifically included in the package, insurance shall be purchased separately by the traveller.

7. Payment Methods

Payments may be made through bank transfer, UPI, approved online payment methods, or any payment mode officially communicated by Explore And More.

A booking receipt or payment acknowledgement will be provided after successful payment.
