Itinerary
Start your Andaman trip with a visit to the iconic Cellular Jail — a powerful reminder of India's freedom struggle that every traveller should experience at least once. As the evening sets in, head to Corbyn's Cove Beach for a quiet stroll along the shore. End the night at the Light and Sound Show at the jail, which brings the history of the islands alive in a way that stays with you.
Board a ferry to Havelock Island and head straight to Kalapathar Beach — a quieter stretch of shore framed by dark rocks and thick forest, perfect for a peaceful morning walk. In the evening, make your way to Radhanagar Beach, widely regarded as one of the best beaches in India, to watch the sun go down over the water.
Board the cruise back to Port Blair and take it easy for the rest of the day. It's a good time to explore the town, try some local seafood, or simply rest up before your journey home.
Check out after breakfast and head to Port Blair airport for your flight back. Short as it was, the Andamans have a way of leaving a lasting impression.

Frequently Asked Questions
Between October and May is regarded as the ideal season to visit the Andaman and Nicobar Islands since the weather is good and ideal for sightseeing, water sports, and beach excursions. The monsoon season (July to September) is not generally advised because to the high tides, persistent rain, and strong winds.
Choosing between the Andaman Islands and Sri Lanka depends on your travel style. Andaman is better for pristine, uncrowded beaches and scuba diving. Sri Lanka is better if you want a diverse, culture-rich vacation with wildlife, history, and bustling towns.
Andaman is significantly more expensive than Goa. While Goa offers budget-friendly travel starting around ₹15,000–₹30,000 per person for a 5-day trip, a similar trip to the Andamans typically runs between ₹25,000 and ₹50,000+ due to higher logistics, ferry costs, and limited hotel availability.
