Day 01 :

NJP/ Bag Dogra → Sittong

Get picked up from station/ airport and drive up to Sittong, a small and largely undiscovered village in the Darjeeling hills known for its orange orchards and a genuinely peaceful way of life. Check into your homestay, settle in, and spend the evening getting comfortable with the kind of quiet that's hard to find anywhere else.

Day 02 :

Sittong → Takdah

Drive to Takdah and spend the day at a relaxed pace, visiting a 332-year-old monastery that remains one of the oldest in the region, the scenic Jogighat Bridge, and the serene Namthing Pokhri Lake. Stop at the Ahaldara 360-degree viewpoint for a wide, unobstructed look at the surrounding hills, and end the day with a walk through the orange garden and orchid house before checking in for the night.

Day 03 :

Takdah → Lepchajagat via Darjeeling

Drive toward Lepchajagat with a stop in Darjeeling to visit the Batasia Loop, where the Toy Train curves around a war memorial with mountain views on all sides, and the Ghoom Monastery, one of the most visited Tibetan Buddhist shrines in the hills. Continue to Lepchajagat and settle into the forest surroundings for the night.

Day 04 :

Lepchajagat → NJP via Mirik

Begin the drive back to NJP/ Bag Dogra with stops at Jorepokri, the Pine Trees View Point, and the Simana View Point before crossing into the Pashupati Bazaar on the Nepal border for some local shopping. End the journey with a stop at the calm Mirik Lake and the Golpahar Viewpoint before being dropped at NJP station.
