Day 01 :

Chandigarh / Delhi – Queen of Hills: Shimla

Drive up to Shimla, and let the winding mountain roads and pine forests set the mood for the days ahead. Arrive and head straight to Mall Road and The Ridge for an evening walk — a good first look at the town that earned its name as the Queen of Hills.

Day 02 :

Shimla – Kufri – Local Sightseeing

Drive out to Kufri in the morning, a short hill excursion with views of the Himalayan peaks and a small zoo that's worth a visit. On the way back, explore Shimla's landmarks — Christ Church, Jakhu Temple, Kali Bari, Scandal Point, and the lively stretch of Lakkar Bazaar.

Day 03 :

Shimla – Kullu – Manikaran – Manali

Check out and begin the long but scenic drive to Manali, stopping along the way at Sunder Nagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, and the Mini Vaishno Devi Temple in the Kullu Valley. Adventure lovers can stop for paragliding or river rafting in Kullu before continuing to Manali for the night.

Day 04 :

Manali – Solang Valley

Head out to Solang Valley, one of the most popular day trips from Manali, known for its glacier views and wide open mountain terrain. Depending on the season, you can try paragliding, zorbing, horse riding, or a snow scooter ride before heading back to the hotel.

Day 05 :

Manali – Local Sightseeing

Spend the day covering Manali's most visited spots — the ancient Hadimba Temple set inside a forest clearing, the peaceful Van Vihar park, Vashisht Temple with its natural hot springs, and the Tibetan Monastery. Round off the evening with a walk along Mall Road.

Day 06 :

Manali – Chandigarh / Delhi

Pack up after breakfast and begin the drive back, carrying a few days' worth of mountain air, pine forests, and Himalayan views that tend to stay with you well after the trip is over.
